3/14/20 – Dear Valued Clients and Friends,

We have been following the current events  closely and between the Coronavirus and the impact it is having on the economy, you may be tempted, as I am, to bury your head in the sand but now is not the time to lose focus.

For those of you with general real estate litigation matters, our offices are open, and we are working diligently to ensure that our client’s cases are moving forward toward a positive resolution.  To ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we have set up a variety of options for video conferences to meet both our current client’s and potential new client’s needs.

For those of you fighting foreclosure, we need to remain focused.  Given what we know about the financial crisis of 2008, we do not anticipate that the banks will slow down on foreclosures.  We also know that some courts in California have already announced temporary closures which could impede our abilities to get into court at the last minute to stop a foreclosure.  Therefore, it is imperative that you not wait until the last minute to reach out to us so that we can do what we do best – Stopping wrongful foreclosures!  Together, we must remain focused to ensure the best possible outcome for you.

In an effort to protect our team and clients, we ask that you limit the number of in-person meetings we have and instead consider using one of our video call options.  We are open and here to help so give us a call at 510-982-3001.

Be well,

Jason  W.  Estavillo
