On February 10, 2017, The Estavillo Law Group, PC, appeared in the Alameda County Superior Court to seek a Temporary Restraining Order to cancel and enjoin a Trustee’s Sale scheduled for today at 12:00 P.M. The Court found in our Clients’ favor and issued a Temporary Restraining Order halting any further foreclosure activity on the Property.
